Review this policy if your trip includes hotels, vacation rentals, holiday packages, or destination events booked via Gobelives.
1. General Refund Eligibility
- Refund eligibility depends on the booking type, cancellation timing, and provider policy.
- Refund requests must be initiated through your GoBeLives account or official support channels.
- Completed stays, consumed services, or no-shows are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
2. Hotel Bookings
- Flexible bookings may receive partial or full refunds when cancelled within the allowed window.
- Non-refundable rates are not eligible for refund except in verified exceptional cases.
- Late cancellation charges may apply based on the hotel's policy.
3. Packages and Activities
- Refunds for packages or activities are based on the cancellation policy shown at checkout.
- Partially used packages are usually not refundable for completed components.
- Third-party vendor terms may apply for special tours, adventure activities, or permits.
4. Event Bookings
- Event tickets are usually non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly changed.
- If an event is cancelled by the organizer, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment source.
- Convenience or platform fees may remain non-refundable unless legally required.
5. Payment and Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method.
- Banks and payment gateways may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect the amount.
- International cards or payment providers can take additional processing time.
6. Service Fees and Deductions
- Service, processing, or partner fees may be deducted as per the booking terms.
- Taxes already remitted to authorities may not be fully recoverable in certain cases.
- Any applicable deductions are shown in your final refund summary.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
- Verified medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government travel restrictions may be reviewed case-by-case.
- Supporting documents may be required before final approval.
- Approval under exceptional circumstances is at GoBeLives and partner discretion, subject to legal obligations.
